Paul Hilton, PDMT, CMT
Paul Hilton is the owner and principal therapist of Focus Therapeutic Massage. He is a 1996 graduate of the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics where he received training in Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy, Swedish massage, Reflexology, seated massage, and a variety of other massage and pain relief techniques. Over the past several years he has furthered his education by attending several additional massage related courses.
Paul primarily does Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy, but also provides other forms of therapeutic & pain relief techniques, Swedish massage, Reflexology and the ionization foot detox.
He accepts clients Monday - Friday, and some Saturdays.
Paul is a life-long area resident. In his spare time. Paul is an active member of his church and enjoys participating in activities such as kayaking, hiking, volleyball, road trips and exploring places that are off the beaten path.
Helen Carie, CMT
Helen is a 2009 graduate of the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics where she received training in Swedish massage, hot stone massage and many other massage & pain relief techniques. She is a member of ABMP.
Helen provides a wide variety of therapeutic massage techniques, often incorporating essential oils into her service. She also offers hot stone massage.
Helen takes clients Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
When she is not massaging clients Helen is active in her church and enjoys working with plants. You'll see her botanical handiwork inside and outside the office.
